Long Standing Relationship

It is always good to hear from old clients and we like to think that people will return to us to help them buy or sell their property, but this one takes some beating!

The Southbourne office was recently contacted by a lady wishing to sell her property which has been in the same family since it was built in the 1930's.

The house in Petersfield Road was built by her grandfather, H.G. Mills a local builder, for his own occupation and she tells us that the original Mr Richard Godsell was involved in the sale of the land.

Consequently when the time came to sell the house, it was to Richard Godsell that she returned. Details of the property which retains many original features can be found on this website, reference number SB574.
