Positive Consumer Results

Richard Godsell Estate Agents have just been awarded a branch average of 9.75 out of 10 following references taken up by the Ombudsmen for Estate Agents Scheme, which tested customer satisfaction and compliance with the Ombudsmen's Code of Practice.

100% of respondents said they would recommend Richard Godsell in the future.

Residential Director Todd Gaston, based at our Christchurch branch, commented that he was delighted with the result and would like to thank all of the respondents for their unbiased opinions of our operations. He went on to say that there are many vaguaries affecting the market at present and clearly conditions are not ideal, but it is heartening to know that what we do is appreciated.
