Including the whole process from agreement of the tenancy through to commencement and preparation of the Tenancy Agreement Documentation.

Referencing:
£48.00 including VAT per tenant
Inventory Check Out:
£120.00 including VAT
Tenants Deposits:
One and a half months rent paid on commencement of the tenancy to The Deposit Protection Scheme (Richard Godsell are not members of a Clients Money Protection Scheme).
Landlords
Let Only:
Fee based on the sum of 3 weeks rent plus VAT and subject to a minimum of £500 plus VAT (£600 including VAT).

Richard Godsell Estate Agents and Auctioneers were established in 1928 and are one of the longest established, independently run Estate Agents and Auctioneers in the area. We have local offices in Christchurch and Southbourne, all occupying prominent High Street locations.
Another area that sets Richard Godsell apart from the competition is our extremely successful Auction Department. With Auctions held every other month in London, we provide local expertise with national coverage and offer a marketing opportunity that few of our competitors are able to offer.
For added peace of mind and accountability, each of our offices benefit from the expertise of an office based Director. Whilst our Sales teams are all made up of local people handpicked for their local knowledge and customer service, all of whom benefit from at least 10 years’ industry experience. This is a particularly important factor when sales involve complex chains and a steady hand from an experienced corner can make the difference between success and failure.
All of our properties are extensively marketed through a raft of platforms. In addition to the benefit of prime High Street Offices, we make use of the major property portals including Rightmove, On The Market, Zoopla and of course Richard Godsell.com.
In addition to offering the services of Property Marketing through conventional private treaty, Informal Tender or Public Auction, we have a dedicated Lettings and Property Management Department which is headed up by Stuart Mason & David Midgley who have 40 years industry experience between them. Many of our investment buyers ultimately use our Lettings and Property Management Service to find professional tenants for their investments.
